If your Serial Number / Manufacturer's Code begins with a Letter, that letter
provides additional information on your car manufactured from 1980 to present.

The first two numbers after the letter indicate the year of your Golf Car as indicated
in the example below:
Example: A9414-53441 is a 1994 Electric Golf Car.
If your Serial Number / Manufacturer's Code is 5 digits or less, your Golf Car was
manufactured between 1970 to 1979. The following table can be used to identify the
year of your Golf Car.
